Delivery is free for all orders above £15. Orders under £15 will be charged an extra £4.00 shipping fee. All orders will be sent in secure protective packaging suitable for the order content.

Orders over £70 or 2kg in weight will be sent via DPD next working day

You can check the status of your order at any time in your customer account under ‘Orders’.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days, provided that: 

• The payment for the order has already been processed.
• All of the products ordered are in stock in our warehouse.

Please allow additional order preparation time for orders placed over the weekend and national holidays. 

We ask for your understanding should we be unable to ship your items immediately. There are several different stages involved in delivering your parcel, which unfortunately means that there is potential for delay.

At the time an order is prepared and ready, a notification will be sent to the provided email address. An additional courier email notification may be sent as well, if your order is larger than a letter, where more information about shipment and possible delivery location rescheduling are available.

Voucher codes can be entered in your shopping cart. Vouchers for the online shop can only be redeemed before the order process is completed. There can be no subsequent offsetting. Please note the terms and conditions of the voucher.

The Curaprox UK shop ships only within the UK and Northern Ireland. For the Shipment to the Republic of Ireland taxes and duties will be charged.

We do not ship internationally to places such as: Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia Pacific, North America, and  South America.
